Company Secretarial Services

Through our specialised division, Company Formations Ireland (www.Company-Formations-Ireland.com) O’Mahony Donnelly can assist you in meeting your ongoing company secretarial obligations. We can prepare your company’s annual returns, minutes of annual general meeting, directors’ resolutions and of course your year-end accounts so that you do not miss your filing deadlines. Irish companies may now be struck off the register for failing to file their annual return and accounts.

Irish Company Formations

We Incorporate limited companies under the CRO disk scheme which guarantees a 5 working day turnaround from receipt of application at Company Registration Office.

Annual returns & stautory filing requirements

Annual returns must be filed within 28 days of the companies annual return date (ARD). We ensure that these are prepared and filed on time so that you do not incur unnecessary late filing fees.

Maintenance of statutory records

We act as company secretary’s for numerous clients engaged to ensure that the company’s legal register is kept up to date and you meet your statutory filing requirements, as required by Irish company law under the Companies Act 1963-2006.

S43 bonds

If you do not have an Irish-resident director we can arrange a s43 bond insurance policy to ensure you meet current Irish company legal obligations. It is currently an indictable offence not to have a bond in place where your directors are non Irish resident.

Non-trading companies

We prepare and keep up to date annual returns and accounts for many non-trading companies. These may be property holding or companies with no active trade.

If your company has been struck off the CRO register for whatever reason we can assist in getting it restored and will ‘project manage’ the entire process for you.
