Temporary/Part-Time Practice Administrator
This position brings a challenging role with growing firm with interesting portfolio of clients. It would suit a well organised individual with ability to demonstrate initiative and a commitment to delivering on a timely basis to tight deadlines.
Immediate start for the right candidate. Position will be required until the end of June 2012, but there is a possibility that this position will become permanent.
Requirements:
- Candidate will be required to demonstrate strong attention to detail and an understanding of requirements of office systems and
procedures for both new and existing clients of the practice.
- Candidate will be able to demonstrate previous administration experience in a SME (small/medium sized) business
- Strong Computer skills to include experience with gmail, internet and MSOffice/Google Docs.
- Previous administration experience in an accountants or professional practice would be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in dealing with clients.
- Ability to follow practice systems and procedures.
Full-Time Audit / Accounts / Taxation Senior - FILLED
This position brings a challenging role with growing County Cork based firm with interesting portfolio of clients.
It would suit a well organised individual with a positive and proactive approach and a commitment to providing a high level of client service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience planning and completing audit/audit exempt clients to partner review stage.
- Candidate will have a recognised accountancy qualification and be able to demonstrate formal training.
- Strong audit, accountancy, taxation skills working with small/medium sized clients.
- Taxation experience would be an advantage and would include experience of compliance and personal / corporate taxation planning.
- Strong Computer skills to include experience with microsoft office, internet and email.
- Knowledge of Viztopia accounts production and Mercia Audit programs an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of current auditing and accounting standards and company law.
- Experience with the following an advantage:
- Payroll
- Company Secretarial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in dealing with clients.
- Ability to work on own initiative, to tight deadlines and to budgeted fees.
- Ability to follow practice systems and procedures.
- Supervisory and planning skills essential with strong attention to detail a pre-requisite.
