We require up to 2 years experience, preferably in an Accounting practice, utilising computerised Accounting systems to:
- process sales & purchase ledgers, cash book, nominal ledger;
- prepare bank, sales ledger, purchase ledger reconciliations;
- prepare VAT returns;
- prepare draft accounts to trial balance stage from complete/incomplete records of sole traders, partnerships, limited companies;
- experience with Viztopia a plus.

We require a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a professional practice with experience as follows:
- managing front office duties; including switchboard, post/couriers, dealing with visitors
- purchasing, dealing with suppliers
- setting up and maintaining filing & office procedure systems
- bookkeeping/accounts experience a plus
- willingness to take on other projects as required
